Shaped by years of on-the-ground experience and a close-up view of the category's evolution, Chicane was built with intention—from the inside out.
What began as a natural intersection of real estate, design, and a lifelong love of cars gradually became something more focused. A pivot in 2020 led directly into the auto suite space, where real estate, community, and car culture merge into one fast-growing lane.

The Missing Link
From that vantage point, it became clear how fragmented this niche could feel. For buyers, sellers, developers, and communities, trying to understand the product and the differences between each concept was unnecessarily difficult.
It was even more apparent on the resale side, where there was no central place to showcase opportunities or discover what existed beyond a localized market.

Building the Platform
In Illinois in particular, early efforts involved as much market education as sales: helping people understand the car condo model, its distinct value, and its place within a growing real estate category. Today, with more brands and projects emerging across the country, it has been incredible to watch that category gain broader visibility and momentum.
Along the way, I have consulted on projects and spoken with individuals exploring this space across multiple states. That wider perspective reinforced what I kept seeing up close: this evolving world needed a thoughtful, connected platform built around clarity, access, and insight.

Chicane grew from that realization. It was created to bring this niche into sharper focus while honoring the character, ambition, and individuality that makes it so compelling in the first place.
